WELCOME DINNER AND DRINKS ON FRIDAY
If you are already in Ibiza on Friday evening, we would be delighted if you could join us for a relaxed gathering before the wedding day.
We will meet for drinks and tapas at a local restaurant, giving everyone the opportunity to spend time together and get to know one another before the celebrations begin.
This gathering is informal and completely optional. However, if you would like to join us, please let us know when you complete your RSVP so that we can reserve enough space for everyone.

PARKING
Complimentary parking is available at the hotel for all guests.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, check in and seating.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
To make your journey as easy as possible, we will provide a complimentary shuttle bus departing from Hotel Corso, Talamanca, to Hacienda Na Xamena.
The departure time will be announced closer to the wedding date.
To help us organise the shuttle service, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you wish to use it.
DRESS CODE
Casual chic.
We would love everyone to embrace the elegance of the occasion while feeling comfortable throughout the celebration and keeping in mind we are on Ibiza.
GENTLEMEN
Comfortable basics combined with refined tailored pieces like a blazer or buttoned shirt.
LADIES
Cocktail or long dresses are both welcome.
Elegant footwear is recommended, keeping in mind that some areas have natural stone pathways.
WEATHER
Ibiza in September is usually warm during the day, but evenings can become cooler by the sea.
For September 12, 2026, in Ibiza, expect pleasant late summer conditions with historical average daytime highs around 26°C to 28°C and comfortable overnight lows near 20°C.

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
What time should I arrive?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available at Hacienda Na Xamena for all guests.
Can I let you know about dietary requirements?
Of course. Please include any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences when completing your RSVP form.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes We will be celebrating together with plenty of food, drinks and dancing throughout the evening.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the celebration continues at UNVRS, one of Ibiza its most iconic venues.
Private shuttle buses will depart from Hacienda Na Xamena and take all guests directly to the venue, where a reserved VIP area awaits us for an unforgettable night together.

THE CELEBRATION CONTINUES
The celebration does not end after dinner.
Once the reception at Hacienda Na Xamena comes to a close, we will continue the evening together at UNVRS.
A private shuttle will take everyone directly from Hacienda Na Xamena, where VIP entry and a reserved table in the VIP area will be waiting for us.
You are welcome to stay for as long as you wish before returning by taxi at your convenience.
